It is applied to artificial materials – bags made of non-woven textiles, polyester, pique (due to the embossed structure of the material), business bags, backpacks, vests, umbrellas, badges, hats and others. The print is made on a special thermal transfer paper, then an adhesive layer is applied, it goes through an oven to dry the ink and fix it, then it is transferred by a thermal transfer press onto the fabric at high temperature. In transfer screen printing, a foil effect is obtained and resembles a flock, but with the difference that it is not necessary to clean the unnecessary foil and this allows to make prints with small and complex elements. The print looks like rubber, and to avoid cracking, a special elasticity additive is added after washing.
